Let energy flow through the chakras

Chakras are nodes of energy in our body and are not visible to the naked eye. Although according to Hinduism there were ‘seers’ who could see chakras in people and other living beings. This information partly forms the basis for the knowledge we have about chakras, cleansing and letting energy flow. For those who are open to more than the Western medical world has to say about living beings, knowledge about how chakras work and what you can do with them is valuable information.

How should we represent those chakras?

Chakras are described as sources of energy that act as spinning wheels that propel energy through the body. Chakra means wheel or wheel in Sanskrit. There are various theories worldwide, but the theory that is best known in the Western world is that of the 7 chakras and comes from the aforementioned Hinduism.

Where do we find the chakras

The chakras are located from bottom to top (in an increasing vibration):

  • At the level of the rump
  • At the level of the navel (just slightly below)
  • At the level of the diaphragm / stomach
  • At the heart
  • At the throat
  • At the level of the eyebrows (just in between)
  • At the crown

The difference is clearly indicated, because the lower chakra deals with the earthly, the basis. While the upper chakra is about spiritual development, it is higher.

How does it work?

The chakras are in the aura. The aura is a kind of energy field that surrounds every living being. There are people who can see the aura, and the colors it has (depending on how you feel). These chakras are connected to nerve nodes in the body and organs. This also means that the chakras have a direct influence on the physical and mental condition of the body. Because just as an organ can malfunction, so can a chakra. As a result, if it is open, your energy flows away unnecessarily and fatigue takes over you. But a chakra can also be closed and then you can’t get going, so to speak.
Kundalini stands for being able to let the energy flow from your tailbone to your crown. This is possible when your body and mind are completely in balance. If the chakras are not in balance, you can work to get them back into balance. Everything has vibration, including the chakras, and by causing an equal vibration, the chakra can regain balance. Consider the vibration of color or sound, but also certain gemstones or an essential oil. But many people are familiar with yoga and use certain exercises to regain balance.
